Alexander Gurevich, Cheif Executive Officer
Mr. Gurevich has been an active real estate investor and developer for over 30 years, with $500 million of acquired and/or developed real estate investments spanning New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Nevada, Europe and Israel. His extensive experience has enabled him to gain expertise in the complete development process, including land use and master planning, site selection, due diligence, project design, management, operations of the project post completion, and real estate law, especially as it relates to development, zoning, rezoning, and financing.
Mr. Gurevich holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and a B.A from the City University of New York. In 1989, he founded Janoff & Gurevich, LLP, a real estate focused law firm.
Besides his business pursuits, Mr. Gurevich is involved with several charitable organizations.

Over the course of his professional career, Jeffrey has been intimately involved in a variety of industries and serves as an advisor across several verticals, including Insurance, Real Estate, and Finance.
Prior to CFC Insurance, Jeffrey served as Partner at Onevest, a Venture Capital Fund, where he created and executed a strategy to secure financing and brought offerings into new markets. In addition, his previous roles include Vice President of Wealth Management at HSBC, overseeing the NYC market, Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley, and Partner at a Private Equity firm, where Jeffrey lead business development on several key projects including a retail pharmacy chain, an automated parking garage, and multiple real estate transactions.
Robert Mathes, Chief Underwriting Officer
Over thirty of corporate and investment banking experience in real estate, twenty plus of which were in the employ of prominent international banks. Mr. Mathes pioneered the launch of RMRE, LLC, a provider of real estate investment banking services that included providing a full spectrum of debt and equity due diligence evaluation services. He also secured new sources of capital for its clients from both lenders and investors. From 1986 through 2007 he was a Senior Relationship Manager in commercial real estate groups for various foreign commercial banks, including, among others, HSH Nordbank AG, and Credit Lyonnais/Calyon-Credit Agricole CIB; issuing over $5Bn in debt.

Eleonora Gurevich has been an active real estate investor and developer since leaving the accounting industry in 1993. She worked for several years as an auditor at Touche Ross and Arthur Young, both Big Eight accounting firms beginning in 1987.
Subsequently she later moved into the real estate business and is involved in all phases of real estate ownership including acquisition, development and management. Her real estate investments are/were situated in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Nevada, and Europe. As of this date, she has acquired and/or developed more than $500 million worth of real estate. Her extensive experience has enabled her to gain expertise in the complete development process, including land use and master planning, site selection, due diligence, project design, management, and operations of the project post completion.Mrs. Gurevich has a great understanding of the intricacies of real estate, especially as it relates to investment and financing.
